How we will use the personal information we hold in repect of Quondam members
1. Your information will be held by Quondam (the Data Controller). You can contact Quondam as a data controller by using the contact page or email Quondam Association <quondamassociation@gmail.com>
2. Your information will be processed and used to manage your membership of Quondam or to respond to enquiries you have made directly to Quondam. Your information will also be used to keep you notified of events organised by Quondam, as well as other essential information in connection with your membership.
3. As well as relying on your consent as a lawful basis on which to process your information, Quondam will also have a legitimate interest grounds on which to process your information, which is to facilitate your membership of Quondam.
4. At times we may need your consent to pass your contact details on to third parties, for example we may have a request from other members who wish to contact you. On these occasions your permission will be sought prior to any of your details being passed on.
5. It is not envisaged that your information will be transferred to any party outside of the UK, but in the event that it will, you will be contacted beforehand to notify you of this.
6. We will retain your information for as long as you remain a member of Quondam and for a period of six months after your membership has ended. Elements of your information may be retained beyond this initial retention period by the organisation for historical, statistical or research purposes.
7. As a person whose information Quondam holds (a data subject) you have the following rights:
(a) The right to be informed of your rights as a data subject
(b) The right of access to the information Quondam holds on you
(c) The right to rectification of the information held on you
(d) The right to erasure of the information held
(e) The right to restrict processing of your information
(f) The right to data portability
(g) The right to object to the processing of your information
(h) Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling
8. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information by Quondam at any time; however please note that if you withdraw this right it may result in your being unable to remain a member of Quondam or being able to access any membership benefits.
9. Should you be dissatisfied with the way in which the organisation has processed your data you have the right to submit a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office:

10. The provision of your information is part of the agreement you have entered with Quondam to facilitate your membership. If you fail to provide your information or if you withdraw your information, this may result in your membership being terminated and your membership benefits being withdrawn.
11. Quondam currently has no automated decision making or profiling activities. If in future these activities are to occur, you will be notified, and your consent sought before your information is processed in this manner.
If you consent to being contacted by Quondam, please contact Quondam via the contact page or email Quondam Association <quondamassociation@gmail.com> indicating how we may contact you - by email, by post and/or by telephone. Please confirm all that apply and please note that we can only contact you as expressly indicated; so, for example, if you select post and not email or phone, any contact will only be by post and this may delay information getting to you. If you have opted to receive newsletters by email, then the presumption is that you have consented to email contact.
